A document will not import
Confirm that the file is a supported DOCX, Markdown, or text source and that it can be opened outside Revision Desk. Layout-heavy Word files may produce compatibility warnings or simplified text. Keep the original file and review the compatibility guidance before continuing.
AI Review will not start
Confirm that the active draft is 35,000 characters or fewer, that you have marked a passage and supplied a review instruction, and that the device can reach the service. AI Review is an explicit request and may also depend on a valid App Store entitlement.
A proposal is not appropriate
Reject it. A proposal remains separate from the source draft until you accept it. Refine the marked passage, choose a more accurate review type, or write a narrower instruction before requesting another proposal.
Tracked changes need checking
Open the exported DOCX in Microsoft Word and show all markup. Inspect textual insertions and deletions, then check layout-sensitive elements such as tables, media, comments, links, notes, and references.
Availability
Revision Desk is being prepared for Mac and iPad. Verified pricing and public store links will appear on this site when the release is available.
