1. Who We Are

DropMachine is provided by ViSSee. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” in these Terms mean ViSSee and the operators of DropMachine.

2. License and Access

Subject to these Terms and any App Store rules that apply to your purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use DropMachine for your own personal or internal business use.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app except where that restriction is not allowed by law.

3. App Store Terms

If you download DropMachine through the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, policies, and purchase rules. Apple is not responsible for the operation, support, or maintenance of the app except as required under its own terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DropMachine or this website:

• in violation of any applicable law or regulation,
• to infringe the rights of others,
• to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data,
• to interfere with the website or app, or
• to distribute malware or harmful code.

5. Your Files and Responsibility

You are responsible for the files you choose to process with DropMachine and for maintaining your own backups and records as needed.

DropMachine is designed to preserve a recoverable original copy according to the retention settings available in the app, but you remain responsible for verifying that the results meet your needs before sharing, deleting, or relying on any document or image.

6. Updates and Availability

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or app at any time. We are not obligated to provide any specific feature, update, or support level unless required by law.

7. Fees and Refunds

Pricing is displayed through the App Store or other purchase flow you use. Taxes may apply depending on your region. Refunds are handled according to the applicable store policies, including Apple’s refund procedures where relevant.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, website, branding, design, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to ViSSee and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer

DropMachine and the website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow, PDF, or image.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViSSee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of DropMachine or the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app or website will not exceed the amount you paid for DropMachine, if any, during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViSSee from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the app or website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or app if you violate these Terms or if continued access would create legal or security risk.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at ViSSee’s principal place of business, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page. Your continued use after updated Terms become effective means you agree to the revised Terms.
